We are REd oak
Based out of Athens, Georgia, the RED OAK STRING BAND is an energetic bluegrass/Americana group who play an interesting mix of original material and quirky covers adapted to traditional acoustic instruments. We are not afraid to "bluegrass" anything from Pink Floyd, the Grateful Dead, the Beatles and the Stones to Leadbelly, Prince and The Cure! We also perform original material, traditional bluegrass, and folk tunes. We enjoy playing anything from stage shows to campfires.
